Pretty bummed over all. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and my 12 years in recovery. Really sad I wasted my celebration here. The place itself is fine. Lots of different temps in the pools... We opted for the lower package for the 25 pools, which meant no reentry. I asked if there was an option to purchase a reentry package and they said we could just pay again. That is pointless, because that's $150. I dont like being scammed. The locker rental is $13 Wow! Everyone deserves a locker for keys & cc.... to buy the overpriced food....which you expect to do. Its a digital code, so it should be included in the price. $75 for the adult minimum pool pass is actually $88. Dont be ridiculous & suggest I walk back to my car for my cc. I cant wait for the positive spin you put on this. And my locker was dirty! . .
This is my first time here and I was very upset with the lack of information and communication we first got lathe buckaroo horse rides what was canceled due to weather which I know is completely out of your control but as far as the spa and the customer service and lots of information we were unable to the the massage my fiancé paid for they didn’t tell us about cancellation four hours before knowing that our trip timed i’m not asking for a refund back because I understand the cancellation policies.
