Super overpriced and all of the facilities need an upgrade. Changing rooms look like they belong in a high school gymnasium. After paying the already expensive entry fee, they nickel and dime you for everything. $10 if you want a towel, $20 for a robe… want to leave your clothing somewhere? $15 for a locker
Grace and mykah are such darlings they helped so much with our check in.They both are very energetic we loved it.
We had a great experience! It was nice to have a variety of temperatures for the Hot Springs. We enjoyed a delicious lunch, and Kevin was a great bar tender and took great care of us! I highly recommend the Pagosa Punch!
Love this place! We visit here every time that we come to Pagosa. Wonderful hot tubs at various temperatures with view of the San Juan River! Prices have increased over the years.
This is our first time staying at this resort. Valerie was amazing the front desk. She helped us with our checkin and was very helpful for giving us very detailed overview of the property. She placed us in great room : we had some issues with sulphur smell in our room. She helped us with fixing that problem. Thanks Valerie at front desk.
