Jeff in sales was fantastic. We created the perfect walk-in shower for my mom. Jeremy from installation was so professional and knowledgeable, and he installed the perfect product for my mom. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bath Fitter. Great, easy process, with killer final product.
Jeff was the sales rep, and felt very comfortable working with him to get my shower stall replaced. Justin and Jeremy were two amazing men that took care of everything else. My elderly parents recently hired this company to install a shower. I will start by saying that overall, the actual product and service were great, my parents have no complaints. There were some minor issues, but my stepfather solved them swiftly, and deemed them "normal" issues. The company did push the date of service back, and messed up their schedule, and ended up having to do it on my mom's birthday (so she delayed her get together), but scheduling issues happen, so that's reasonable enough.
