My elderly parents recently hired this company to install a shower. I will start by saying that overall, the actual product and service were great, my parents have no complaints. There were some minor issues, but my stepfather solved them swiftly, and deemed them "normal" issues. The company did push the date of service back, and messed up their schedule, and ended up having to do it on my mom's birthday (so she delayed her get together), but scheduling issues happen, so that's reasonable enough. Very happy with my new shower conversion.Justin the installer was very professional with his work and was very good to work with.I feel very fortunate to have him work on my house and happy to work with bath fitter.Everything went well for me and would recommend others to give them a try!
From the moment my wife and I stepped into the Bath fitter's show room we were welcomed both by Cory and then Jeff. Both of whom made us feel right at home. They were attentive and were able to assess our needs right away. My wife and I have already told family members of the experience we had at Bath Fitters. We certainly look forward to doing business with them. As a person who has been in sales nearly most of my life I can say these guys know their business and know how to treat people.
Recently had my father's bathroom done. Amazing customer service from everyone. The consult was great, Dan knows his stuff and has great communication skills. Mack and his buddy were first class in every way. I definately always appreciate when someone takes pride in their work and Mack is that. They come highly recommended for a reason.
Big thanks to the whole team at bath fitters! They did a fantastic job with the whole project - start to finish! Cheri was outstanding for receiving and relaying our questions and information promptly! Dany for being quick to come out and work with us on our needs and timeline while making his interactions pleasant and personable!
