Definitely a five star experience from our initial visit to the showroom through final invoice. All the staff were personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their products and the process. Questions were answered honestly and with integrity. I highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to update their tub and shower surround. I just had my tub and shower surround updated by Dan who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The installation was done within the 2 days as promised and I am completely satisfied with Dan's work. Dan did a beautiful job! Thank you to the whole Bathh fitters team. My Mom recently had her tub/shower combo replaced with a walk-in shower. The installer Ashton did a wonderful job. He was very conscious, polite, and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Jeff was the sales rep and also did an impressive job. My Mom is very pleased.

Great experience with Bathfitters Windsor. Easy to work with and knowledgeable yet able to meet our needs. Turned out outdated drab shower into a bright beautiful shower. Everyone was great from Laura to the rep that came to the house to do the consultation and especially Justin who installed the shower. If you want a professionally done and affordable bathroom Reno I would highly recommend them.
