I would recommend their service - 100%. They custom built a walk-in shower for me - right from scratch. Very professional, arrived on time, excellent work. I don't have one thing bad to say - it was super easy from the consultation where I picked all my finishes to the day they arrived. Our experience with Bath Fitter was excellent from start to finish (January 2, 2025). The salesman we dealt with, Guy, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and spent a bunch of time with us to thoroughly outline all of our options. And our installer, Ken, was also very friendly, respectful, and detail-oriented, and he did an awesome job with our entire tub & surround….it looks amazing. We would 100% recommend Bath Fitters to anyone looking to upgrade their bathtub/shower.
Alex did a wonderful job of installing a new full-height tub surround. I am very pleased and would recommend him and the company.
I texted in that the diverter on my shower arm was a little loose, and bam, new one replaced for free! Thank you, Bobbie, in the service department!
We got a new tub/shower insert going up to the ceiling along with glass sliding doors. Ken was here and worked very hard all day. He was very professional and nice!! We are very pleased.
