Guy was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained the quote and the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured - he made genuine recommendations based on what was actually needed and was completely transparent about why. It’s rare to find someone who is both honest and willing to educate their customers. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Bath Fitter.
