I couldn't be happier with bath fitter changing my tub into a large shower. The bathroom was upstairs over my laundry room. The morning after the installation, it was obvious from the stains on the ceiling of the laundry room that we had a leak. I called bath fitter and they came out the next day, opened the ceiling and found the leak. It needed a different part which they didn't have so the service man drove over to ****** and bought the part which he installed and then repaired the ceiling. This bathroom was our guest bath... read more

Bath Fitter came out and did our shower and dug so deep they made a hole through the wall. So now in my dining room I have a hole in my ceiling from them digging too deep. All I want is my hole patched up and fixed by them but they refused to when my husband called. My husband and I paid $7,000 for this bath and now we have a gaping hole. Not happy, not impressed, will not recommend them to anyone. I am also going to the ***

Worst customer service that I've ever experienced. I ordered two bathroom remodel plans with a sales agent last Friday but due to some personal reasons, I decided to cancel my orders, and here the nightmare began. First, I called their office ***** morning around 10, the lady picked up the phone claimed she knew nothing about cancellation, and asked me to contact the salesman directly. I asked if she could provide me more information about the cancellation processure since my cancellation needs to be done within 3 business d... read more

We used their services to install a new bathtub and shower. We did 100% of the demo ourselves. The two guys showed up and got right to work. However, they didn't shut the bathroom door and had the entire house covered in debris from the sawing and cutting they did inside of the house. Then, they proceeded to talk (loudly enough so we could hear) about how a) what they were doing looked risky and b) how so-and-so does it the right way but he (the guy working on our house) does it this other way that doesn't take as long and h... read more

Business response:

We are sorry the silicone needs some touch up work. Please know that for you fixture and your drain, those don't have visible silicone they are sealed behind the drain and fixture plate for appearance reasons, but they are water tight. We are also sorry about the debris left under the work area, that is inexcusable.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with communication, promising one thing and delivering another. Sept 16 Untrained Installer did a lot of damage, worried more about quick installation than getting it done right. (Hole made with hammer in tile base and broke tile off the wall. Scratched toilet lid with garbage can set on top. Debris pushed down drain hole to my drop-in ceiling below. Trim was installed crooked and bent.) Initial base was wrong and could not be used for ordered barn style doors. A rubber splash guard was installed. Base did ... read more

Business response:

We are sorry the original shower wasn't installed correctly. We did acknowledge this and completely redid the shower. the base you selected is easy access meaning it is flat to the ground, so when bases are flat to the ground, they tend to have less slope, which is why there were draining problems. We credited $250 for the inconvenience. Very sorry it wasn't installed perfect the first time. We discourage our customers barn doors due to the listed issues.

So far a mediocre/poor job. Walls were scratched, permanent makers lines left in shower, caulking job substandard, and did not have enough material to finish the job and just left. Damaged outside wall of bathroom and never called back. They still ran my card without my knowledge and took full payment. Shower unusable 4 days later. I had to call them to even get them to respond. Said they will call back. Still waiting for their response. Advertise one day, service. Really, on what planet? Should have investigated this compan... read more

We had both a basement shower and a main floor bath redone. Basement: Incorrect measurements, had to finish weeks later. Looks good, but factory issue with door. Ok, still waiting on door after a couple months, but at least we can use it. Just have to clean up a water mess after every shower... Main floor: Horrible job! At a quick glance, it looks ok, until you see the terrible caulking job, the very ugly job on the edging, small holes at seams where water could get under tub, curves in the walls. Yes, the walls aren't even ... read more

We had our shower replaced.a little over a year ago. It cost over $6600. As of a week ago, the shower head started falling off onto the floor any time you tried to move it or raise the water pressure to half way up. Last week we were told they would schedule someone to fix it this week. Now they are saying maybe they will be able to schedule it Friday. That does not mean fix it Friday, just schedule when they might fix it. For that price and for a lifetime warranty, I don't think we should have to go two weeks without being ... read more
