SEE UPDATE: We’ve had our unit for 13 years with no issues. We started to notice several small imperfections recently and contacted the company. They completely upheld their warranty and replaced it with several upgrades. Workers were punctual and competent, doing whatever needed to be done to make sure the job was done correctly and we were satisfied. We are very happy with our investment! Recommend! Chad is the absolute BEST! Had the tub done years ago... looks as great now as it first did. In 6 years, I've only had to re-caulk once. Had grab bars installed and they're great. Chad is incredibly conscientious and great to work with.
The salesman did a great job showing and explaining options on our project to remove a bathtub and install a shower accessible for my parents with mobility limitations. Nick and Charity did fantastic with the installation and service. I recommend this company highly.
Nick and his wife turned my ugly shower into a beautiful tub / shower. I am very pleased with his work ethics. I am going to have the same guy do another bath/ shower in my second bathroom. I would highly recommend this company.
