On Friday 6/5/2026, Bill Vandorn came to my home in Amherst to give me a quote on a tub to shower conversion. On that day he said install would most likely be in August. Later in the week they called to see if I would be home on Sat. 6/13/26, because they would be able to install. Today, Joey came at 8:00am to install. He worked by himself, and did a fantastic job! From initial visit to showroom, home estimate and installation the whole process flowed smoothly. The in-home visit/estimate was quick and to the point. The installer’s were very professional and completed the work on time and without incident. Overall a pleasant experience.
