Bath Fitter Pittsburgh began in 1997, when college friends Frank Witkowski and Sam Lucci finally found the answer to one of the biggest problems facing the customers of their remodeling companies – how to make bathroom renovations less time consuming and invasive. Had a salesman come in April as the bottom of our tub was coming loose and making a cracking noise. Said they would order us another surround and tub. Would take 6-8 weeks. Never heard from them. Called in May and said they were waiting on a part?? It’s all one piece. Called again latter part of June. The girl I talked to said she couldn’t find anything on it and that she would have to talk to her supervisor. She got back to me and said it was ordered around the second week of June. Really?? Well to start, I'd like to say that I rarely write reviews for anything, but everything about dealing with Bath Fitter was A#1. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. I first talked to Carrie, who set up my appointment with Mike Meili, who came to the house to give me an estimate for my tub to walk in shower conversion.
