Jeremy and Derek recently installed a new shower for us. They did an excellent job - polite, efficient, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Some problems arose from the previous shower installed and they were able to solve the problem in a timely fashion.
We hired Bathfitters in 2023 to install a new tub and shower surround. Prior to their arrival we had gutted the bathroom which made the installation easy. After only 2 years, we discovered a leak which was coming from the tub drain. The owner, Dick, attended to the property and after a few visits and cuts in the basement ceiling drywall, the leak was fixed. Bath fitters was hired to install a tub surround through winmar. They got glue all over the floor, caulking all over everything including the new tub surround, bath tub, toilet, etc they marked the ceilings and trim all up, etc the fit and finish is not very good for the price they charged. A $300 setup from home depot would have been better. Edit to add that 100% of the damage was caused by Bath Fitter, nobody else was working on the bathroom on that day or at any point after besides the contractor I hired to repaint the ce... read more
Hired Bathfitters to install a new bathtub and tub surround. They made a bunch of mistakes and completely flooded my rental unit. Ceilings caved in, floors ruined, walls ruined. The damage took months to repair. Then, once my tenants moved in, within a couple days of using the shower, another leak was found. Again, ceiling under the bathtub had to be replaced.
