I fell and broke my femur and needed help ASAP. Lucky enough to get a cancellation the day we called and we’re now waiting for our tub to be turned into a walk-in shower. Joe JJ Justus was our rep. He was polite, down-to-earth, friendly and very knowledgeable…the best. Looking forward to healing and life with my new shower.
The installer (Mason) was very polite and a hard worker. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He also cleans his work area both days.
Anthony Collaros was a joy to work with. He was very patient with my dad. My dad was very leary of doing his shower replacement. Anthony went step by step with him to make him feel more comfortable. The worker was very professional and did the job in a day and a half. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to get their bathroom done. Thanks again Anthony.
I had a walk-in shower installed as well did my parents. Anthony Collaros was the sales rep that came to both of our homes. He was very organized, detailed and knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process which made our decisions very easy. The installation process only took a day, and a half and the tech did a great job minimizing any mess.
