I recently scheduled an appointment with Bath Fitter and was extremely disappointed with the experience. When I first called to book the appointment, I spoke with a representative who had a hard time understanding what I was saying. I had to repeat my address and city multiple times and answer about 10–15 questions before I could finally confirm the appointment. Parked in front of their business for no more than 10 seconds before a woman came out and cussed me for parking there. I was hand delivering a part to their neighbor. Woman was the rudest I've dealt with ever. Had no understanding of the situation ( no where else to park at that time and I drive a large truck. This was the easiest install of anything I’ve ever had. Once they had the materials, it was a one day Install and it is beautiful. The gentleman who did the work did a beautiful job. He was very professional and left our bathroom very neat and clean. The best thing I’ve ever done and it really does make a difference in our life. A wonderful job I would recommend them highly. We love our new shower.
The process went smoothly and our bathroom looks brand new. Pattern we picked was great and love the overall look.
