We used Bath Fitters to convert our tile shower and had a great experience despite some issues. First, Brandon S. Came out and measured. He walked us through what would happen at install and how he could modify our shower stall to make it better (remove some bump outs, make the step in lower, move and replace the drain). He came back to install and was a trooper. Our bathroom was an addition the original homeowner put in, so of course everything was wrong.
