We used Bath Fitters to convert our tile shower and had a great experience despite some issues. First, Brandon S. Came out and measured. He walked us through what would happen at install and how he could modify our shower stall to make it better (remove some bump outs, make the step in lower, move and replace the drain). He came back to install and was a trooper. Our bathroom was an addition the original homeowner put in, so of course everything was wrong. Our salesman was very condescending. He was almost belittling us because we didn’t know the process of removing a shower or the prices. Made some joke about women then stopped and said no I'm not going to say that. Say what???? Unprofessional!!!!!!!!
I had a great experience with my project from start to finish. Salesman was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the entire process. Office staff was friendly and efficient. The installer deserves extra kudos. He arrived in timely fashion and had installation completed a bit early. The bathroom looks great. I’m very pleased!
Twenty years ago we had two bathrooms redone by Bath Fitters. Great Job! Last week they took out an older tub and shower and installed a lovely ne 4 foot wide shower. Beautiful with excellent craftmanship. Every aspect of dealing with the Delaware and New York Bathfitters was excellent.
