Chris Simmons came out promptly. He gave us a call an hour ahead of time of his arrival at 12:30 pm. Even though there was no evidence that the recent installment cause our mysterious leak, he fixed our show filter and fixture in the bathroom. He suggested to not fix the ceiling until we find out where in the house the leak is originating.

Our installation with Joe and his assistant Frank was nothing short of amazing! Joe is a highly detailed craftsman who clearly takes pride in his work, and his thoughtful approach now shows beautifully in our incredible new shower and surround! The whole Bathfitters team was great to work with, too- very nice people and overall experience. I wish the price could have been a little lower, but I do understand, and the end product is extremely high quality. Thanks again!
