Attempted to learn more about BATH FITTER designs and process was glad to find a SHOWROOM near me via the COMPANY WEBSITE see attached SNIP PROBLEM: After driving 1/2 hour to find the location, receptionist at front desk informed me this is NOT A SHOWROOM. Of course she would be happy to take my info and have a sales rep contact me. NO GOOD. Why would a consumer go forward with a process when STEP ONE is a fail??? Not a good first contact BATH FITTER :(
Paper keeps showing through the caulk. 2nd time this happened. Looks like a 5 year old caulked. Used silicon so it’s smeared up the wall & paint won’t go over it. Have to put wash rag on bottom so I don’t slip. Poor communication. Expect to be on hold forever. Biggest waste of $8700.
Bath fitter didn't do a good job. First day they damaged my neighbor's ceiling. Then the installer forgot to put in a stabilizer for the shower head. Their so called patented filler, is already coming off. And now I can't get the warranty department to call me back. Very disappointed
If you’re going to be driving around like an idiot, cutting people off, and creating more traffic because of it, maybe don’t do it on your company car. Bunch of losers.
