RecommendedEvan and Mario were efficient, friendly, neat, and clean with my bath fitter installation. They arrived on time, were done in a few hours, explained everything, and left me with a beautiful new tub/shower. I love it! Highly recommend.
RecommendedYes! They have an excellent sales team who knows the product. Waylon, my installer, was professional, listened to my concerns, and considerate of the noise he would be making during installation. He answered all of my questions and explained the installation process. Overall, a pleasant purchase and installation experience. The product looks great, too. The remodel made my bathroom and shower appear so much bigger than it it.
The service was timely and professional. Unfortunately, they refused to address my quality material concern. My shower on the second floor leaked. They installed a plastic shower and plastic as the removed my "tile" when I specifically. asked for tile for $10K, $3600 up front. I reached out to request they upgrade the plastic to tile ". RecommendedDustin and his helper arrived on time and did an amazing job installing the new shower. They were professional. He thoroughly explained everything to me once they were done. I am in love with my new shower. I attached my before and after pictures to show the overall improvement.

RecommendedWe had a great experience with Bath Fitter! The gentleman that did our in-home consultation and quote was SO thorough and was clearly an expert. I wish I remembered his name! Austin Cunningham did our install. He was extremely polite and professional and did an amazing job. He stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and answered any questions we had.
