I waited to write this until everything was resolved. Here is my story. Prior to installation of my new bathfitters tub/shower I removed the access to pipes in the garage. Unfortunately the installer did an improper install resulting in water leaking on my floor. Another technician came to my house increased my hot water as I requested and validated the leak. Installer was excellent. Shower is perfect
Our salesman Ken K.was a joy to work with! Very detailed and understanding with our needs. Josh was amazing at his job taking our old tub out replacing it with a shower. He worked very hard by himself and didn’t take a break! Happy customer and pleased with the service.
