There are not enough words to describe how amazing these guys are! We purchased our 1st unit over 10 years ago! We recently noticed some cracks in the bottom of the bathtub. Someone came and looked at it and took pictures. The next day I was called and scheduled for a replacement. I figured just the tub, right? A huge shout out about Matt he's our installer today with Bath Fitter of Rochester and did such a fantastic job on our tub remodel! He completed it all by himself! Looks great very happy! He is such a pleasant person to talk with very professional great customer service.
Jordan, who was the installer for my new tub did an excellent job. He was pleasant, knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had. He explained how the new faucet will work, as well as lowering the tub insert to use the bath. I had a very pleasurable morning, and now my bathroom looks brand new!! Thank you Jordan.
