Service issue required. I first talked with Chelsea at the local Greece NY office who was incredibly helpful and accommodating to my needs. She scheduled a team member to come that day. Vadim was able to take care of the issue (replaced tub spout) and showed me what to do so that problem would not recur. Everything has worked well and, of course, no extra charge due to the warranty. Very happy with product and service.
Wonderful experience with Bath Fitter of Rochester shower remodel! Sales person, Kyle Federico, was on time, helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. - We had al lot of questions! Matt Gordon and Vadim Dropka were on time for installation. They worked very hard all day to complete it in 10 hours! The tub-to-shower conversion was an incredible experience. From the beginning, everything went smoothly. Kyle provided an excellent presentation of the product and the installation process. We were easily convinced to accept the offer. David, the installer, arrived promptly and demonstrated his professionalism, skills, and competence. He completed the installation in one day, even ahead of schedule. All we had to do was call Bath Fitter, relax, and enjoy the beautiful transformation.
May 15th I got a new, beautiful shower installed. My installers were Matt and Ryan. Both very nice guys. They did an excellent job, and obviously they were very comfortable here because they were singing. Matt, keep your day job ;) lol. But I am very happy with the shower and quality of work
