We are beyond happy with Bath Fitter’s. When we first had Our consultation It was with Jeremy. He was very thorough answered all our questions and some . He was not in a hurry. Our Bath Fitters Jaimie Ernst was an incredible salesman! Mr. Ernst was more of an educator. He put forth a thorough and comprehensive picture of what getting into a Bath Figure remodel would enty. His presentation was so excellent, my wife and I were compelled to do something we have never done in 42 years of marriage; we signed the deal right on the spot. Bathfitters came in and replaced our shower quickly. Their men were courteous, professional and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Bathfitters.
Excellent job done by Bath Fitter. I initially asked for just a shower and remove the tub. The agent suggest I leave the tub and put in a tub liner. It was an excellent suggestion. They did an excellent installation and we are out the top crazy about how well the job was done. Thanks to all at Bath Fitter, great job!
Took longer than promised. Toilet was delayed which is pretty standard and shouldn't have been the hold up. Finally scheduled for installation and received a call 40 minutes before that my appt was cancelled. Had to reschedule after taking off work when I didn't need to. Was told the cancellation should have never happened. Reason for cancellation is that they just don't have enough help. Installer was quick and thorough and very professional but he left a huge scratch on my bathroom sink and messed up the outlet and drywall... read more
