From the initial contact to provide an estimate, through the removal of the tub and installation of the shower all BathFitter personnel were very professional. Austin and Rudy exercised care during the removal to avoid unnecessary debris. Their installation very fast and efficient and cleanup complete.
This is the second tub/shower conversion we’ve done with Bath Fitter. They were great helping us submit documentation to the VA to cover a portion of the cost. Our installer Austin C. arrived on time, worked hard all day and delivered us a beautiful shower! Another job well done!
Austin Case was the service person for our bath makeover. He did a marvelous job and cleaned up everything before he left.
Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. Installation by Curtis and Rudy was a number one. Beautiful job and done in one day, as promised. Cleaned up very well after they had punished. A very good team.
