BFitter crew just left our home..... new bathtub looks beautiful. They were very professional, respectful, and very accommodating. Patrick Swarle was cheerful when my wife wanted to change a design choice we had made in our initial design choice. If I could give Bath Fitter - West Bridgewater more than 5 stars, I would. We had a truly outstanding experience! We worked with Heidi, who coordinated the work, and Patrick, who did the install. They were both terrific - incredibly responsive, hard working, and diligent. This was a replacement of a very, very old Bath Fitter tub, so old that records were no longer available. I recently had a tub and three walls finished. What was supposed to take one day, took two days. The installer arrived at 9:30. Left at noon. Returned at 3. Left at 5. Next day someone had to come and finish the job. It is too bad Bridgewater serves Boston.
Patrick Swarce from BathFitters came to install my new bath tub today and he did an excellent job. He was very neat, quick and efficient. He was also very polite and informative. I would definitely recommend their services again!
John and Nick were A+ workers very satisfied with both. John was very friendly and exact on his work. John was extremely hard working and I was surprised how he managed to do so much work in one day. You are lucky to have such employees in this day and age. Thank you Russ
