I needed to update a bathroom in our house that was my about 50 years old. This is the second time that I’ve used Bathfitter, and I was completely satisfied both times. This particular bathtub had a tricky wall at the end of it, and Patrick did an amazing job!! It looks perfect! Patrick and Mark did a really nice job, all in one day!
Great job from estimating (John) to the install done by Steve and his team. Office support team is helpful too. I will be using them again for another bathroom.
UPDATE: 5/15/26: I just had a second shower/tub done yesterday. I was very lucky to get the same salesaman,John, same installers Patrick and Jeff but also Mark. Just like previous install, all were excellent. I can't say enough good. All very caring, professional and friendly. Thank you all for another excellent job! A top-notch experience all the way. Patrick and Mark showed up on time and somehow removed our old cast iron jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower in one day. They were pleasant, unobtrusive, professional and efficient. The result is flawless. We'd absolutely recommend them.
Patrick, mark, and Bobby were so friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
