West Bridgewater Bath Fitter does absolutely incredible work. They are extremely professional and meticulous. Heidi has been exceptional. Her being so proactive, knowledge and consultative have been instrumental in our having a successful outcome. Dustin, who did the work at our house, is a true professional. BFitter crew just left our home..... new bathtub looks beautiful. They were very professional, respectful, and very accommodating. If I could give Bath Fitter - West Bridgewater more than 5 stars, I would. We had a truly outstanding experience! We worked with Heidi, who coordinated the work, and Patrick, who did the install. They were both terrific - incredibly responsive, hard working, and diligent. This was a replacement of a very, very old Bath Fitter tub, so old that records were no longer available. I recently had a tub and three walls finished. What was supposed to take one day, took two days. The installer arrived at 9:30. Left at noon. Returned at 3. Left at 5. Next day someone had to come and finish the job. It is too bad Bridgewater serves Boston.
Patrick Swarce from BathFitters came to install my new bath tub today and he did an excellent job. He was very neat, quick and efficient. He was also very polite and informative. I would definitely recommend their services again!
