We had a wonderful experience with the Bathfitters installation It was a challenge with our older bath/shower and converting to a brand new walk in shower the installer was excellent was so knowledgeable. At the end the installer throughly talked slowly showed my husband (who has Parkinson’s) how the new shower works I really appreciated how he spoke directly to my husband and used his name Looks beautiful in our house and will be safer for my husband to use My husband was very impressed with the quality of the material used... read more
The installer was great David Chacon Issues with the office but I'm going let that slide
David did a phenomenal job on our bathroom, he literally worked over 13 hours to ensure it was done properly. Absolutely awesome customer service from this technician!
