Scott our installer was wonderful. He knew exactly what he was doing He paid attention to detail, very mannerly, kind, cared about what we wanted, very neat, very clean. Did a top quality job!
We had an awesome experience with Scott. He was very polite and he worked thoroughly and quickly to try to install the new shower. Even though we had to wait an extra day it was still very much worth it. Bathfitter is quite wonderful thanks to them we now have a good shower and everything works and nothing leaks.
I will say that the finished product, if installed correctly, is very clean and nice. Happy with the appearance and ease of cleaning. The installation process was a completely different experience. Our installer was 2 hours late to start. Finished at 9:30 pm. The curved shower rod was installed too close to the center of the space, and had to be moved and reinstalled leaving holes in the surface. The acrylic walls popped loose and the sides are bowed. David, our installer was great. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He communicated with us every step of the way. We are extremely happy with the entire Bath Fitter organization.
