We have had one of the most positive experiences working with a contractor that we have ever had. We have a shower that is in an octagon shape and we were having difficulty finding a contractor to do the work. Although they never did one like ours they felt certain it could be done. The installer Don went beyond to make sure the work was done up to his very high standard and they they had to re-order the material to ensure it would be a perfect fit as there were some issues on the first try. I wanted to give 5 stars, but my experience with Bath Fitter was not what I expected and I lived with the results of a bad job for about 5 months before Bath Fitter was able to rectify the situation. Details: 1) We were told the job would take one day to complete. The plumbing was done wrong, so they had to come back the next day to complete the project. 2) When the job was done, my toilet seat was scratched along with the new tub liner. In addition, there was silicone on the new walls and on my floor near the new tub liner.... read more

We had a tub insert installed a while back, and weren’t very happy with the result, but we thought, well maybe this is just how it is. Doesn’t sound like a 5-star review yet, does it. But just wait. After more than a year, some moulding was coming loose so we asked them to come back and have a look. They looked at it, looked into it, and realized that an employee no longer with them had done the work, and it wasn’t up to their standards. This week, I had my old tub replaced with a shower - Bathfitters did an awesome job and it was substantially lower in price than my plumber. David C. (installer) was prompt, courteous, answered my questions and cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I am very happy with the finished product. :)

I had to have my bathfitter shower reinstalled after many years of use..I Appreciate Bathfitters honoring my lifetime warranty..I have loved and enjoyed both my bathfitter tub and walk in shower..The low maintenance cleaning has always been a major plus for me..Both Brittney and David did a great job in taking care of me..They have superb customer service skills and they care about people! Thank You Brittney and David for a Job Well done!
