Thank you for Bath Fitter of Milford for our gorgeous new shower! The salesman, Jacob, had many useful suggestions when asked for input. He worked around our schedule and came up with a great solution to a concern we had. Jacob met with us multiple times and spoke to us via phone until we were satisfied with decisions for outcome. Our experience with bath fitters was fantastic our sales rep Dan was very helpful and informative. He guided us through everything and made sure we got what we wanted the way we wanted it and he did not push us to spend more than we wanted. Our installer Jeff was right on time and got to work right away. He kept us informed throughout the whole installation and kept things clean a long the way. We were very happy and impressed with our new shower and will definitely use them again for when we do our other bathroom!
After several months of aggravation with a leaking shower that destroyed the ceiling downstairs, we contacted a bunch of tile installers to bid on redoing the bathroom. The thought of three more weeks of aggravation and construction was too much for me to take. We reached out to Bath Fitter, Jacob came out and walked us through the process. Igor did an unbelievable job installing. He is a true magician. We are very very happy with the bath fitter product and the bathroom was completed in 5 hours and is beautiful.
