Austin was a pleasure to work with. Polite and thoughtful. He protected our stairs and walls. At the end of day one he cleaned up the workspace. Upon completion on day 2 he thoroughly cleaned and mopped. Austin explained how to use and care for our new walk in shower. Below is a before and after photo. We give him a 10 out of 10!
The installation was excellent.
The installer was exactly on time both days and our house was very clean when he left. The shower is perfectly installed and we love it. Our only concern is that we didn't anticipate the reduction in shelf space. We're still looking for shelves and other things.
