I contacted BathFitter and they respond quickly. They removed my old tub that had walls, ceiling and tub all together. I ended up with this amazing new shower. I love the shower heads and that it is all one piece. Andy Rabel was the sales rep and Dalton Milhorn was the installer. Dalton done a great job at installing this for my family. Would I recommend BathFitter??? Yes
