I will start off by saying this review has nothing to do with the salesman or installer, Carlos and Josh were both incredible at what they do and did everything we asked for. The office however ruined the entire experience, from arguing with me about leaving a key under my doormat for them to let themselves in with no one home even after I explained I have animals in the house and that NO ONE would be let into my house unsupervised (the gentleman said that it was ok cause they did it all the time), changing appointment days ... read more

Installer ran into some unexpected problems but went above and beyond to make sure that our installation was perfect
