We've had a Bath Fitter Shower n tub combo since 2012. It cracked in August 2022. We called they came out quick. Assessed situation and caulked it until they could get it on the schedule to cut out old one. That was about 15 days after we called. Then just Monday they came out and replaced everything. One tech.
