Tim our installer explained everything in layman’s terms was very polite and did an outstanding job on our showers. Bathfitters is fortunate to have him as an employee. The Sacramento branch of bathfitters has gone above and beyond with any questions we had.
Bath fitters are a terrible business. The lady that came out two measure miss measured and wanted my renters to wait two weeks before they installed the shower. They never gave me a bench that was supposed to be there. They never put the marble in the walls, that were supposed to be there, he wanted to charge me double to redo everything I would never recommend this business to anyone ever
I would never recommend Bathfitter based on our experience. Since installation in 2022, we've had ongoing issues with the quality of the work. Components have come loose, seals frequently detach despite using only their approved cleaning products, and overall, the installation feels poorly secured. We've had to call them out several times to address these problems. To make matters worse, customer service has been consistently unreliable.
