I would never recommend Bathfitter based on our experience. Since installation in 2022, we've had ongoing issues with the quality of the work. Components have come loose, seals frequently detach despite using only their approved cleaning products, and overall, the installation feels poorly secured. We've had to call them out several times to address these problems. To make matters worse, customer service has been consistently unreliable. Early on in process..had install small shower unit. Job almost completed but plastic piece broke when installing door so put off till Friday. Finished door install. Recommended to wait 24hrs for silicone to set. Saturday am ran water from wand only to clear pipes. Leak from wall pipe. Reported. Took shower that night and had several leaks from door. Reported. Still waiting to hear from company. Also reported to installer that having top raw open edges from door install on each side was not pleasing. He stated that how it was... read more
I am so happy. Brendan, the installer, did an incredible job. He kept the mess to a minimum, did not waste any time and actually cleaned up after himself, something many contractors fail to do. My bathroom looks beautiful. I wish I would have had it redone sooner. I highly recommend Bathfitters.
