OH MY GOSH! Wish WE had read the other review “don’t waste your time or money” feel burned for about $12,000 could’ve got a better job at Home Depot! Everything creeks in the bathroom I’m told it’s the acrylic rubbing and if they fix it, it could happen again!
I had bathfitters install a bath/shower combo with walls, several years ago. The calking started to come off and the soap dish, which does happen. I called them to see if they really do honor the lifetime warranty. They came out the next day and replaced the soap dish and re caulked nearly the entire tub for me with no questions asked. I am really Impressed and pleased with this company. The customer service was impeccable.
We'd just like to thank Bath Fitters of Sacramento for sending Brandon Klein out to install our bathtub surround. He did excellent work and Tim was a great help as well.
Tim Klein installed our new tub, very professional, respectful and informative. I am very happy with the job that was done.
