Very profession al installation. Done with in the Time frame promised. House left perfect lycée clean. Qui te an improvisent to our bath room. High quality product and a beautiful look. We are completely satisfied and strongly recommend this company.
My family & I have used bath fitter before & decided to go with them again, being that they did a good job in the previous years. What a MISTAKE that was!!! The worst experience ever with them! An employee (which should not be working there, unless it's what the comapny strives for, to sell a job easy with an unqualified person who will say "YES, OF COURSE" to everything the customer wants to hear, so that they get the job, knowing the clueless customer will be signing a con... Not impressed with how we've been given the run around and they haven't even installed yet.
The entire process was amazing--the sales rep was on time, knew her products well, measured everything for both bathrooms, and was friendly and cordial. Even though I was told it would take 5-7 weeks before the installation, I was contacted in 2 weeks. The installer did an awsome job! He was in and out of my condo in 4 hours, and left the place immaculate. Within another week or two I'll be contacting them to go ahead with the other bathroom. SO HAPPY I contacted Bathfitteres.
