Trash! Overpriced, poor quality, and inconvenient. Something that wasn’t supposed to take not more than a week took a whole month. The quality wasn’t the best. And now we find that the job and product was defective. Mold was not properly put on and now there’s sitting water between the old tub and the bath fitter. Absolutely disgusting. Run far.

Expensive service high-end bathroom. Not just for the average home. All high end appliances high-end tub high-end price. I was told by the salesman the owner wants to be the next Amazon for bathroom's. Charge high get rich. My bath was quoted $13k( three walls , floor and curtain rod) and that's if you sign contract that day. Will cost more if you decide within 12 months. The 24 month plan is if you have excellent credit.
Dealt with Bath Fitter before at 2 different houses. No problem. Yesterday, September 3, 2022 had a home consultation for my new home. The 3 financing companies you use are a joke. 2 of them denied it when, the 3rd one won't give a determination of approval or disapproval. Very difficult to deal with. Got the credit run 3 times by each of the companies you use which in the past when one company uses several companies is only 1 hit. Not the way you do it.
