Excellent service from Laura B in explaining the product and installation. The installer, Jon W, was on time, friendly and very efficient in his work. I’d also give him the best rating.

I recommend Bathfitter to everyone! Laura B was my sales rep, and described everything in a way I could understand. She answered all my questions, and helped get my financing to a monthly price my budget would allow. I was 100% sure I wanted to move forward, and would do it again! Installation was a breeze and my installer was very nice and personable. I did want my soap tray moved to a different location after installation, and Bathfitter came through for me, no problem! Truly a respectable company!
Dirk is great, he explained what he did and showed me how to remove the stopper if it won’t screw off. Thank you!
