Salesman told us that the tub liner would go up a few feet under the shower liner to prevent water damage down the line. This is not how it was installed. We only pulled the trigger on this expensive job due to the preventing future water issues bc of his statement. I reached out on the website and also emailed our salesman but zero responses. I'm giving the the quality only a four star. It is very good for what your wallet can handle. On the other hand the caliber of the installer who did the work, Justin? Easy, breez'in 5+ stars. Excellent by all measures. I thought being the perfectionist that I am, I was going to be well, not satisfied. It met all my expectations and a little more. We have had nothing but issues while dealing with bath fitters. Our sales person insisted that our fixtures were stainless steel - we quickly realized they were brushed nickel. We put in a change order within days of realizing the mistake. We waited weeks for all of the pieces to arrive and then the installers showed up with all stainless steel fixtures. Be aware !! The quality of workmanship is horrible. Yes, they come in slap in a new shower unit and looks very nice. However, they used glue on top ceramic tile in my shower. Over the years the glue doesn’t stick to ceramic tile. The walls are all loose. The shower unit needs to be pulled out and remove the ceramic tile and re assemble the shower unit to the studs appropriately. How does the workmanship warranty not transfer to new owner ? Because , the workmanship is garbage from day 1. Just be aware of what they do !
I can't imagine why anyone would hire a company that uses Bath Fitter's desperate sales tactics. Bath Fitter may be the worst telemarketing nuisance in the country. I got at least 20 calls in 3 weeks, most from different numbers, without ever showing any interest in their company. Hey Bath Fitter, if no one answers your call a couple of tries, STOP CALLING.
