Dirk did an excellent job. We had an issue with the faucet and mold build up on the caulking which happened due to hard water in our area around Harrisburg Pa. I contacted the company through the initial salesman from 6 years ago, who put me in touch with the right people, which were extremely friendly and helpful. Dirk was the service technician assigned and he quickly and efficiently resolved our problem, while also adding in a few jokes 😃. I was able to change my order of two grab bars to one while he was here to install the bar. He also did good at redoing the caulking around the bath tub and walls.
Just an awesome experience. The transformation of our old bathroom was even better than I imagined. Has put much value to our home.
