The installer was neat and orderly and very professional
The entire process of our tub to shower conversion was a job well done from start with Sales Rep Jeremy Crane to finish with the installer Josh Stoltz. Josh did an amazing job! We couldn't believe he did it all by himself. When the job was completed yesterday there was no mess and there was no inconvenience to us. He was prompt, courteous and professional and didn't waste any time. We are so pleased with our new shower and toilet installation! Can't wait to shower today! Time wise, everything went as planned. It was a clean installation. Luis Gonzalez made sure everything was perfect. There was one little hiccup the next day, but he came out as quickly as possible and the issue was resolved. I would 100% recommend Bath Fitters.
I’m so happy with our bath fitter experience!!! We’ve already decided to get our other bathroom done after we pay this one off!!! From our first meeting with our sales rep, Jeremy, through our installers, Justin and Justin, it’s been a fantastic experience. Their professionalism and product knowledge were tremendous.
The BathFitter guys did an awesome job and were great to work with. Clearly described what they were going to do, were very clean and careful working inside our house, and their workmanship and the end result was great. Thank you Justin and Justin, it was a pleasure!
