During the past years, we've purchased bathroom products from Bath Emporium and always very pleased with the products themselves, along with the durability. Worst customer service I've had to deal with I bought a faucet on the 5th of June online, it came quite quicky but scratched. The company was supposed to send a replacement. It's been three months and even though I've sent a dozen emails and called, I'm no closer to having an ETA. They don't answer, don't call back, even though I asked for a refund. Please avoid this company, their customer service is a nightmare.
Recently had a Gaggenau fridge replaced under warranty. The installer (Shevon) was first class as was the delivery team and Janvi from customer service who coordinated the replacement with the mfg. Great after sales service !
