0/5. These guys took my money and told me that I can have faucets before the end of the week. That was nearly 3 weeks ago. I asked for a refund and theyre not refunding my money nor delivering my faucets. I am getting no communication from them either. Michael was my salesperson. You should probably avoid them. Edit one month after: They have refunded the money to me and I talked to the sales manager/owner who explained the situation. The sales experience was still not good but the follow up service has been great.
