We did a kitchen Reno last year and bought over $20,000, in appliances from this store. After about a year, we started having issues with the SHARP microwave, included in the purchase, which was a built in and recommended by sales rep Gagan. It was an over the range model, which he assured us would work in a cabinet placement. It started tripping the breaker after about a year after installation. Gary was our Sales Associate was phenomenal at helping me choose all of the fixtures for our master bathroom. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I will be returning to Bath Emporium for our next bathroom remodel. You will find everything you need all in one place.
The Company has not accepted responsibility for any of: 1) Water and drain hook up not completed 2) Incorrect fridge delivered 3) Power line did not work following the installation visits. 4) The site was left a mess. We went to the store to look at some kitchen sinks. Nav was incredibly helpful. She guided us exactly to what we were looking for and gave us detailed advice, including the pros and cons of different products based on her experience. We ended up not only purchasing our kitchen sink, but also returned later for our bathroom sinks and faucets. The prices were very reasonable, and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this store—Nav is a huge asset to the business.
