I am building a custom home and wouldn’t dream of using any other company for plumbing fixtures, vanities, outdoor kitchen and appliances. I worked with Nav who is absolutely incredible - she was patient and practical. Her suggestions were all bang on and she did an amazing job to rework my design package in a cost effective manner . Pricing is very good and service is bang on.
Terrible communication. I’m a client that spent $50K on a kitchen job that went well. Subsequently I wanted a high end cooktop and some bat fixtures and they failed to even provide a quote. They say they will do something and then don’t. I would look elsewhere, this is not a reliable or professional company.
Bath Emporium just completed our full basement renovation, turning it into a complete home spa. The bathroom is incredible, with a dual heat sauna offering both infrared and traditional heat and a steam shower. There’s also a separate, fully finished home gym. They added an extra bedroom and reworked the mechanical room by relocating the furnace and water tank to maximize usable space and add storage.
