I have used the Bath Emporium for one significant reno and then some updates through the last 16 years. Recently needed some parts for bathroom fixtures that are standing up really well but needed some replacement parts. Customer service staff was very helpful and managed to get parts from the manufacturer ina timely fashion. A pleasure to deal with this Company. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Carole L.
