I called into the Vaughan store with an issue I had with my shower cartridge . Amanda was great taking the time to gather all my information and Chris called me soon after with his recommendation on how to resolve my issue . Thank you both , customer service level you provided is 5 STAR !!!
My wife and I had a great experience with Tony Yammine guiding us through the process of replacing two of our vanities. He was extremely knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions to narrow down our choices. He was great to work with and I’d highly recommend him!

Terrible experience with Bath Depot in Vaughan. I ordered a bathroom vanity, and it took 5 days to arrive. When I opened the box to assemble it, the vanity was damaged, and the box was in bad condition. I was assured earlier that all boxes are rechecked in Montreal, but clearly, this wasn’t the case. To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn’t refund the whole amount to my credit card because I had paid with both cash and credit.
