The service here is unbelievable, particularly from Lan. She went above and beyond to help us where other stores failed us. She knows her stuff, and helped us bring our vision to life. She also helped guide us away from making mistakes in our bathroom . Would strongly recommend - ask for Lan!

Terrible customer service! Spent over two hours on the phone on hold for their customer service, and after speaking with them, they were completely unhelpful. They don't care about their customers.
