We went to their store for ideas. She refused to come to our home to see what we would need. I had to do measuring and sending pictures of our current bathroom. She said they would get back to us. Bought 2 vanity’s. Both ended up having broken pieces. Stored one in storage that they delivered until Reno was complete. Opened vanity top and its corner was chipped. Bath depot made me buy another one to replace the one they shipped broken. Disappointed. The lady working there must have stocks in the company as she pretty much told me to kick sand in front of other customers. Their products are nice as long as they make it to you in one piece.
Kim and Angela were absolutely amazing to deal with, they were quick to reply to emails and helped me and my husband find exactly what we needed. They gave us a price match for an item that went on sale and helped us use some store credit to get some of the remaining items we needed. They were super easy to deal with and their products were well priced !
We recently completed a large bathroom renovation and purchased many of our products from Bath Depot. Overall, the products themselves were perfectly fine and met our expectations. That said, our experience with customer service was mixed. There were several occasions where we were told a message would be passed along, but we didn’t receive follow-up and had to reach out multiple times.
