Good in store service and product. Problems were entirely related to poor delivery from Quebec manufacturing outlet to Kingston area customer. Two broken boxes, first the engineered stone sink was delivered broken then the PVC Panels for the shower walls. All pieces had broken corners. Clearly these products were not handled and shipped carefully. The shippers were careless, loads were not secured in the truck and it was clear that these boxes were dropped. my purchasing experience was great the product sucks bought twelve in black shower nitche …… all the paints flaking off take a remodel job and ruin it , do yourself a favour don’t buy this product just tile in your niche
We went to their store for ideas. She refused to come to our home to see what we would need. I had to do measuring and sending pictures of our current bathroom. She said they would get back to us. Bought 2 vanity’s. Both ended up having broken pieces. Stored one in storage that they delivered until Reno was complete. Opened vanity top and its corner was chipped. Bath depot made me buy another one to replace the one they shipped broken. Disappointed. The lady working there must have stocks in the company as she pretty much told me to kick sand in front of other customers. Their products are nice as long as they make it to you in one piece.
