We are very pleased with how our 2 shower replacements turned out. Better than expected. Nick & Rickey did an excellent job! They were professional and personable. They made sure all walking areas were protected, advised of everything during the process and explained situations very thoroughly. Had Bob Z from Bath Expo talked to me tonight about a new bath tub. He is very personable and friendly. Has a lot of experience in bath remodels. 1st step to a new bath was a very positive experience.
The tub/shower in our kids’ bathroom had a water leak and was way overdue for replacement. We had an excellent experience with Bath Expo. For our original consult, Paul arrived ON TIME and was so helpful. After choosing to go with him and the company, Nick and Rick arrived as planned for the 2 day job. The second day was truly where they shined. With about 12 inches of snow on the ground, they arrived safely and worked through the day to finish a new tub and shower set.
