I had a great experience with the store overall! From the moment I walked in, Serban made us feel welcome. He explained everything , answered all questions, and made sure we were satisfied before we left. I will definitely return and recommend them to friends!
Just an FYI ... we asked for return of our money after four months of waiting which was supposed to be 6 weeks.. When my husband went in ( he just finished talking to William) he did not even show his face and made the receptionist take care of it.. showed his character
Buyers beware... Do not use ST Catharines Bath Depot, Horrible customer service that strung us along for months and then came up with 'new stories and reasons why it was not in' at each call when asking when our purchase will be in. And had the nerve to put their misconstrued false accusations on us. The only mistake I did was trusting them... Will never order from here again and will share it loud and clear with others.
