Unfortunately, my experience with this location was incredibly disappointing. After placing an order for a bathtub and other items worth $2,800, I was initially promised a delivery date of April 4. However, a few days before the expected delivery, I called the store and was informed that the actual delivery date was April 11. When I mentioned that I had contractors working at my home and was expecting the items on April 4, the best the company could do was move the delivery date to April 8. I had good experience with Bath Depot so far. Especially saurabh was great. I came in just to look around for bath reno and his selling skills definitely made me think of purchasing more. I had to return items which didn’t fit. Saurabh and bath depot has helped and accommodated my return even though it was open. Now I have decided to purchase more item from bath depot due to my good experience
I had the good fortune of dealing with both Ahmed and Saurabh. Truly some of the best post sales customer service I've received in a long time! They quickly found me a replacement to a defective toilet that I had purchased a few days prior and even followed up with me a couple of days afterwards to make sure that the replacement was functioning properly. I highly recommend this store!
Claims product is superior to big box stores. Time after time i disagree, especially the KEBO brand. Example shower kit S84T-4782CH. Instructions extremely poor. Only pictorials with measurements. No trouble shooting. I personally spent hours trying to turn on the hot/ Cold shutoff valves without the water continuously flowing. The (start) or shutoff position extremely difficult to dial in. DONT WASTE your time, buy a moen or delta and a big box store or online.
