Just finished our “DIY” basement bathroom renovation. All our major fixtures we purchased from Bath Depot. Paige was extremely helpful, she made sure I was able to inspect all my items packaging before leaving the store. I feel the negative reviews are coming from individuals who order to their house. Bath Depot uses a 3rd party delivery company for those, however for In-Store delivery they use their own courier who specializes in delivering these types of goods. My husband and I had a horrible experience at Bath Depot. Customer service is non existent and I would recommend buying anywhere but here. Once you buy an item you are given second class service. Will not be a returning customer.
