I was having an issue with my master bath and needed a remodel. Ray gave me a very reasonable estimate, completed the work in the time frame that he promised, and did an excellent job. Due to the tile and glass that he installed, my new shower not only looked spectacular, but felt much bigger and wider inside. Very happy with the quality of the work and the price. Will definitely be using Ray and Bath by Design for all my future bathroom projects.

We had a shower repair - the pan and drain were replaced and the tile was redone. Ray was very responsive to text/phone calls, came when he said he was going to, and finished the job in a timely manner. The new shower floor looks great.
I just had my kitchen remodeled from top to bottom. What a difference! The workers were professional and gave me much more than I was expecting. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to remodel their bath or kitchen.
We had estimate done for work in our bathroom. After a few weeks still the work hadn’t started. The work was never completed. They were not ready to complete the work and did not have the expertise to complete it. Three months after the initial estimate I’m still waiting for the refund of the $950 which I gave as the initial deposit to start the work. Would not use nor recommend. Very disappointed!!
