I am very disappointed with my Bath & Body Works online order experience. I placed an order on June 22 during the annual sale promotion with free shipping. The estimated delivery date was July 6, but by July 9 my package still had not arrived. I had to contact customer service myself, and that is when I found out UPS had damaged the package and returned it. they’re online doesn’t even match what they have available and I even called before I got here and they waited till I get here to tell me they didn’t have something in stock. Just ridiculous.
Me and my sister went to this location and Lois helped us. She showed us around the entire store and had to smell variety of things in the end. We found something really great thanks to her. great store, great employees.
