Loved the online order, in person pick up option and never had a problem until this past weekend. An item was missing from my purchase, didn’t notice until I was home. Went back Sunday and the sales associate was rude, will not be back!
Customer service was terrible. My boyfriend and I stood at the counter for a few minutes without being acknowledged. No one asked if we were ready to check out or offered any help. Meanwhile, the associates were attentive to other customers in the store. It wasn’t until I called out to the staff that someone finally came over to ring us up.
