So annoyed. I ordered 2 items for pick up in the store. Honestly picking up is a process and takes longer than walking in and going to the register. I get home, open up my body wash and it all over. Used and half gone. Why wasn’t this checked before it went into my bag! I called when I got home and the woman said bring it back. Like she’s doing me a favor. I like this store because it sometimes have some items/sents the other stores in the area donot have. The location is good. Overall all the staff is friendly BUT there are two employees there that are annoying/rude. One staff member said something insulting about my "sweat jacket not matching my leggings but they look ok together". That same emplyee on two more occasion was rude about items on sale and not capturing my coupons correctly because she was not listening to what I was trying to explain about the kind of coupon I ... read more
