Staff is super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a problem with an online order where a discount had not been uniformly applied to a very large purchase. The system error could have cost me ~$100. They immediately knew what to do. They were familiar with the online system glitching with larger purchases sometimes. They manually scanned and discounted over 70 items for me to be completely assured that everything was priced correctly. All this while attending many other customers on a busy Saturday morning.
I just left Chicago ridge location HEATED and was soo upset I was heading home and decided to return my entire purchase to 95th and western. (My route home) Instead, Aja greeted me with a warm smile and concern. After explaining my dilemma she assured me this situation could be rectified. And just like that I was customer again. Thank you AJA. I was never shopping with BBW again due to the nonchalant service at the Chicago ridge location. Thank you again Aja for spectacular customer service.
