First, I will say that I’ve never experienced anything but polite and helpful customer service at this location. Second, because of one person that I encountered today, I will never return to the Oshawa or any other Bath and Body Works location. I have been buying wallflowers (among other things) forever and absolutely love the selection of both the scents and the plug-ins. Only thing I find annoying is you set one foot into the store and u have a floor walker at you and it's like every couple feet another one is bugging you. We can smell our own candles stop harassing customers.
