Went into this BBW location and the employee refused to honor my coupon. I do alot of business at this BBW. I think was very poor service waa provided. Not sure if the coupon came out of her pocket. Then she had the nerve to tell me she can do a separate transaction. I should’ve have went to another location. I will not be back to the Westminister location. I felt sum type of way about there service i received abd how the employee refused to honoer my coupon. Horrible customer service!

Came in to redeem my free item up to $18.95 coupon on the new peeps collection. The lady on the floor was talking to me about the new stuff until I mentioned I was deciding between two items I liked because I have a free item coupon. She immediately stopped talking to me and walked away.
