Good store with amazing customer service.
Worst customer service ever. This location has the most rude and neglectful employees ever. If you’re going to ring up other employees and play around, at least acknowledge your customers and tell them you’ll be right with them? Whoever runs this place needs to hire better people or teach them how to do the bare minimum. Will happily travel to any other location before going to this one.
I gave this a 2 star instead of a 1 just because the ladies that work here are incredibly friendly, but I’m highly disappointed with how bath and body works is run and operated as a whole and I will not be supporting it any longer. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and helpful questions, but it quickly went from helpful, to annoying. Now, with this said, I AM NOT BLAMING THE WORKERS FOR THIS.
