Forever a BBW customer! The employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they're not pushy when trying to get customers to try new scents. Editing to add: One of the cashiers used a free reward of mine instead of a coupon. I was told I am unable to get my reward back so if you're using rewards or coupons, make sure they're using the correct ones! I'm out almost $20 over a mistake that wasn't my fault.
