Wow! So I had damaged candle and went to the store and asked to exchange into exactly the same one that is not damaged ( haven’t returned anything in 10 years) and Vannesa was extremely rude, told me I scraped my candle( I am almost 50 I don’t do stuff like that) made me feel stupid and said she is not going to exchange. Made me feel stupid in front of my teenage daughter and her friend. Thanks a million Vanessa. I wanted to Thank The Ladies who helped me with my return. I had made a purchase and then the next day there was a sale. Amanda who helped me with my return was friendly /professional.
