****UPDATED REVIEW***** A complete joke and will not visit this location again. I will shop at other locations not this one 👎🏼 Excellent customer service from Kalleigh she was so on point! Told me about the promos going on and about the scents that were going away soon until next year. Not overwhelming at all like it is sometimes in that store.
I have never reviewed on the internet before, but my experience was so bad that I just had to; I have never seen such a poorly managed Bath and body works location in my 10 years in Metro Vancouver. I came in this Saturday looking to purchase a gift for my son's girlfriend. I was hoping to get something like a candle set or fragrance mist that was trendy and popular with younger girls.
