The store was very clean and very welcoming to its customers, however, I witnessed an employee pink haired, who was very welcoming to the customers, but seemed adamant on correcting or disciplining their coworkers in a pretentious, snotty way. The staff Ella was very sweet and polite unlike the one with scarf at the counter was rude and refused to give me brown bags for gift purposes. Instead gave me just ribbons and clear bags to pack myself I bought 8 items that were stuffed in one small bag and super heavy for me to carry till my car 🚗 Common guys ! Charge me but at least give extra bags edp. When I ask for so my purchases.

I had a really great experience at bath and body works! Abi helped me a lot with finding different products and she was super sweet and patient.

Very poor customer service at Bath & Body Works – Oakville Place. At 6:00 p.m., with many customers still in line, the associate said she could not give me 14 gift bags, first limiting me to 2, then 10, even after I explained they were gifts for the same evening. She was polite but extremely rushed because the store was closing. If the store wants to close at 6:00 p.m., they should stop letting customers in at 5:30 p.m. instead of rushing people and repeating loudly that the store is closing. Very disappointing experience.
