Today I bought items total worth of $120 from this place in 2 occasions. They said they signed me up for the first purchase so that I could get the online 20% discount+free shipping but I never got the email confirmation and same thing happened for the second order as well. Their response was they might have entered it wrong. Didn’t bother to repeat the email back to me and confirm before pressing the button. Overall not a happy experience.
Placed a pickup order on Oct 30, and the email said to wait for another email before heading to the store. I waited… and nothing. After 5 days, I called to check, and they said it was ready. Cool…I planned to grab it the next day. Then this morning, surprise! It’s cancelled. Called again, and they said they could reorder, but of course most of the items were already gone.
