This review concerns a single employee at the store, whose name I couldn't get, but I'll describe her appearance. She is tall, blonde, and heavyset. She's also the most impolite associate I've ever encountered there. Usually, staff greet us and give us a shopping bag, but this woman was so rude that she threw some creams at us while we were examining sale body lotions, narrowly missing us. When I asked if everything was on sale, she responded very rudely. If I see her again in the store, I won't bother to enter.
The customer service at this store is absolutely unacceptable. I attempted to return items that were causing an adverse physical reaction due to the intense strength of the fragrance, which is unsafe for both me and my pet. The employee handling the transaction, M, was incredibly hostile. Rather than handling the return discreetly, M involved another employee to openly scrutinize my return. Management seriously needs to address employee conduct and basic customer service training at this branch.
Bath and Body Works, Pleasanton (Stoneridge Mall) As busy as it was for Mother's Day weekend and with the sales of Body Care, Wall Plug, Candles and so on, the associates at this BBW was very helpful!! They greeted us as we went in and several asked if we needed help looking for something. I did needed help about my online coupon in my account and when I did end up buying stuff, I didn't have a problem redeeming it, which was great! Bath and Body Works, Pleasanton (Stoneridge Mall) One of my favorite BBW locations! The associates are awesome! Super helpful and friendly folks. Highly recommended this store!
