The customer service at this store is absolutely unacceptable. I attempted to return items that were causing an adverse physical reaction due to the intense strength of the fragrance, which is unsafe for both me and my pet. The employee handling the transaction, M, was incredibly hostile. Rather than handling the return discreetly, M involved another employee to openly scrutinize my return. Management seriously needs to address employee conduct and basic customer service training at this branch.
Bath and Body Works, Pleasanton (Stoneridge Mall) As busy as it was for Mother's Day weekend and with the sales of Body Care, Wall Plug, Candles and so on, the associates at this BBW was very helpful!! They greeted us as we went in and several asked if we needed help looking for something. Bath and Body Works, Pleasanton (Stoneridge Mall) One of my favorite BBW locations! The associates are awesome! Super helpful and friendly folks. Highly recommended this store!
Store was clean and organized. I had a couple of items to exchange and did not have a receipt. I just wanted to even exchange because the yellow was staining my sheets and clothes. Without even questioning me both associates made it happen. They are awesome, thank you so much.
Bought some really cool men’s colognes today but I was even more impressed by Hannah’s incredible customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back
