Bath and Body Works, Pleasanton (Stoneridge Mall) One of my favorite BBW locations! The associates are awesome! Super helpful and friendly folks. Highly recommended this store!
Store was clean and organized. I had a couple of items to exchange and did not have a receipt. I just wanted to even exchange because the yellow was staining my sheets and clothes. Without even questioning me both associates made it happen. They are awesome, thank you so much.
Bought some really cool men’s colognes today but I was even more impressed by Hannah’s incredible customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back
props to the team with the quickest bopis timeframes. i love this location for how fast they are compared to nearby stores and they always have friendly workers!
