I visited this establishment as I regularly do, since I shop here quite often. During my visit, I asked to use the restroom and was told it was not available for customers. However, according to Florida Statute 509.221, all establishments unless located inside a mall with accessible public restrooms are required by law to provide restroom facilities for both employees and guests.
