This is the only B&BW location downriver that I shop at. The employees are very kind and helpful. I’ve noticed they don’t ask you a trillion questions and try to upsell you on every little thing like other locations. They greet you, ask if you need help with anything and let you shop in peace. Young lady at the register (I think her name was Sophia) was exceptionally sweet and just made my day. Fantastic group of people working here!!!
Love their stuff but end up spending too much money when I go there. There are so many cute things to buy besides sprays & lotions, etc.
i called the store with an (unusual) inquiry for my online order and miss joy, who answered the phone was very kind and reassuring. later, i came in and spoke to miss caroline with the same request and she was more than patient and helped me get everything i needed the way i requested. despite them being quite busy, she truly went above & beyond, so thank you so much ! my family & i frequent this location because the workers are always so friendly.
