Consistently friendly staff and good products.
Semi annual sale was great. Had a worker named Michelle that was awesome 👌
I was told, by a bath and body works employee of the same store, that I could exchange my wallflower plug since it had stopped working. I brought it into the store, when it was 100 degrees outside, and then they told me I couldn't exchange it because I had used it. Of course I had used it.... that's how I knew it was broken. Rude.
They have the best fragrances.
Staff friendliness is hot hit or miss.
